Novacart at the “XXIX Simposio Pubblico Ampi”

Between gala dinners and pastry summits, Novacart was also present at the 29th AMPI Public Symposium.

The Symposium is a must-attend event organized by AMPI, the Academy of Italian Master Pastry Chefs. For the 29th edition, two days were dedicated to artisanal excellence, creating a unique dialogue between food, fashion, and design.

We, too, as a Silver Partner, had the opportunity to attend the elegant Gala Dinner on October 5 and the Pastry Summit on October 6: a key moment of exchange among professionals in the pastry industry, aimed at fostering the sector’s growth.

During the event, we also had the chance to showcase our baking molds and the new colors of our Inkless range.
